‘Porting’ your mortgage is when you take your current mortgage deal with you when moving house. There are a number of benefits including avoiding early repayment fees and holding onto a better mortgage rate.

IS IT BETTER TO GET A MORTGAGE FROM A BANK OR BROKER?

A mortgage broker can give you the reassurance that you are getting the best deal available. You also have the benefit of having advice and someone to guide you through, what can be, a complicated process.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY MORTGAGE WHEN I MOVE HOUSE?
